Simple workflow

Plan, adjust and report

DutyRoster keeps the original plan and the final operational result understandable throughout the month.

Prepare the roster

Add unit staff, collect roster requests, define shift hours and generate or manually complete the monthly schedule.

Record real changes

Update duties and assignments as staffing needs change. The weekly overtime view recalculates actual hours from the revised roster.

Share the result

Select a week or month, review each staff member’s planned and actual overtime, then print or export the report as PDF.

Clear overtime records

See planned and actual hours for every staff member

Weekly limits remain editable, and selected staff can use different required hours. Monthly reports place staff in rows and each Saturday-to-Friday week in columns so managers can review the whole month at once.

Optionally restore a reusable assignment package immediately. The new unit receives independent editable copies.

Units & Unit Managers

Hospitals, Units & Users

Create hospitals, appoint Hospital Managers, approve requested hospitals and Unit Managers, view every hospital/unit/member, change roles, and modify assignments.

Hospitals

Hospitals are the top-level organization. Saudi German Hospital Madinah is preconfigured. The Administrator can appoint one Hospital Manager per hospital and can also create units directly.

Hospital requests

Requests submitted during registration.

Registered users

Every non-administrator user has Edit user, Assign / Move to unit, and Remove registered user controls. Email is the Firebase login identity and is read-only in this standalone client.

Trial extension requests

Unit Managers can request extra evaluation time. Approval extends the internal no-card trial; it does not create a Paddle subscription.

Reports & old data cleanup

Download assignment / Duty Roster reports for a date range, or permanently delete old records. Cleanup never deletes current/future assignments or the current Duty Roster month.

Units and members

Administrator can manage every unit: reassign Unit Manager, change Staff/Supervisor roles, remove members from a unit, and open assignments/settings.
