1. Free trial
The 24-hour no-card trial has no charge and therefore has no payment to refund.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid Duty Roster subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Refund eligibility may be affected by Paddle policies, applicable law, usage, timing, and the circumstances of the payment.
3. Initial charges
Requests relating to an initial paid charge should be made promptly. We may consider refund requests within 7 days where appropriate, subject to Paddle and applicable law.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new subscription period has started except where required by law, where there is a billing error, or where Paddle determines otherwise.
