1. Service
Duty Roster & Nursing Assignment Board provides workforce-management tools for hospitals and units, including monthly rosters, daily assignments, duty requests, notifications, and role-based access.
2. Accounts and roles
Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. Access depends on hospital, unit membership, role, and paid-service entitlement.
3. One-time free trial
An eligible unit may activate one 24-hour Duty Roster trial without a payment card or paid subscription. The trial begins at server-recorded activation time and cannot be reset by changing devices, browsers, or managers. Abuse or attempts to circumvent trial limits may result in restriction.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid Duty Roster subscriptions are licensed per unit and are processed through Paddle, our payment provider / Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Current plans are listed on the Pricing page.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Paid cancellation and refund handling is subject to the Refund Policy, Paddle terms, and applicable consumer law.
6. Healthcare use
The Service is a workforce-management tool, not a medical device or clinical decision-support system. Organizations are responsible for deciding what information they enter and for meeting their own privacy, healthcare, employment, regulatory, and organizational obligations.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, misuse other users' information, upload malicious code, or use the Service unlawfully.
8. Availability
Features may change for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
